THIS CD HAS SOUND SIGNALS FOR THE INTERVALS AT 30 AND 60 SECONDS - each bell has a different sound.
Side B has a blend of current songs and popular hits from the past 5 years including the New INXS song 'Pretty Vegas', Kelly Clarkson, The Veronicas and the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy theme song with 'All Things just keep getting better'! The two interval sounds occurring every 30 seconds allow your participants to change activities regularly without the instructor having to keep time and blowing that whistle! This cd will keep your class enthusiastic and the instructor free to motivate the class without worrying about timing! Different sounds for the thirty and sixty second change overs will allow instructors to choose the time spent on each activity creating variety in each session.
This Cd was compiled by Kerryn Cormick, an International Fitness Industry Presenter also compiled Aerochallenge 1 and 2 which have been extremely popular. Her love for 80's music and theme songs with actions have made these cds popular in health clubs and schools across Australia. Kerryn is the owner of Aerokid, a youth fitness program in many schools across the country.
