This CD is designed for a circuit or boxing circuit class with different length intervals.  Disc 1 has intervals at 1 1/2 minutes and 3 minutes - both sound signals are different meaning you can change every minute and a half or every 3 minutes.  Disc 2 changes at 2 minute intervals.
