Calling all Freestyle Instructors.  Struggling for time to develop warm ups  Feeling stale?  Need new motivation and fresh new ideas?  Music & Motion has the answer - now we have the Choreography Club.

Get together with a group of like minded people to brainstorm ideas in groups to come up with ideas for warmups.

As the industry has changed so much and freestyle can include boxing, THT, and other non choreographed class styles. it becomes difficult to come up with safe effective routines to music.  For PT's generally running around the room or skipping tends to be the warm  up - but wouldn't it be great to have something a bit more dynamic and motivating, and able to use music as well>

 Guided and assisted by a national presenter, you will work in a group to develop ideas, learn to teach at all levels.  The 2 hour session will also attract 1 CEC.  So nothing to lose but one Friday night !

A fun no stress way to get lots of new ideas and discover the best ways to teach them, network with other instructors and get advice from the specialist presenter in that session.
