Our Guarantee To You
To put your mind at
ease when purchasing products from the Music and Motion Studio, we offer a 10
day money back guarantee on all items we sell except advertised specials. There
are a couple of points to note as follows. They are:
- A receipt must be
returned with all products if requesting a refund.
- A credit note or
exchange will be offered on all items returned without a receipt.
- It is your responsibility
to pay the postage back to us.
- All items must be
wrapped in bubble wrap prior to being posted back to us.
- The package must
be post marked within 10 days of the invoice date.
- Stock must be in
perfect condition with the tapes rewound to the start of Side A and cd's must be clean and not scratched.
We also offer a replacement
service for damaged or faulty tapes and CD's. If your tape or CD is damaged and cannot
be played a replacement copy can be purcashed for $16.50 for all Music and Motion
Studio tapes and $22 for CDs and $27.50 for Multitrax and Gymusic CDs. Please call our office
