Group Exercise course commencing Saturday 2nd October for weeks. EARLY BIRD PRICE - book and pay by 15th September $495 (usually $750)
If
you have ever had a passion for fitness and thought this may be the
career for you now is the time to give it a go. The course will be
completed early December and you could be working in the industry by
Christmas. Learn how to put together a successful freestyle
class with all the important ingredients such as cueing, phrasing, use
of music, class structure and choreography.
OR if
choreography and moving around the aerobic room is not for you, join us
to qualify to teach muscle conditioning classes such as tummy, hips and
thighs, boxing and circuit!
This is the last course for
2010 and all those who successfully completed this course this year are
already working in the industry. So this could soon be you! Great
idea for mum's looking for some extra part time work while the kids are
at school or those with a passion for exercise wanting to take it to
the next level. Your course leader will be Lynne Colston who has over 20 years industry experience, national and internationa presenter / trainer and has been training people to become group exercise instructors for over a decade.
