with rhythmic energetic music. The CD's first two tracks can be used as
an optional ambient warm-up or jump right ahead to track 3 to begin the
workout. 45 minutes of non-stop mixed music in 32 counts at a
consistent 128 BPM and finishing with a beautiful slow cool-down. Great
for Pilates mat and reformer work — can also be used for Step and
Strength classes.
