This
training program is endorsed by Fitball Australia as its official training
program and is important as a foundation training in the
use of the Fitball (or swissball). If you have completed
Certificate 3 or 4 in Fitness, this is the next step for you. If you
haven't updated your Fitball training within the last two years or
more it is also extremely important for you to refresh your technical skills as
well as update your knowledge with latest industry information. If
you are new to using the ball and would like a great foundation knowledge as
well as being able to source lots of exercises from a user friendly
manual, this is the course you have been looking for.
